Since all health insurance claims issued by medical institutions are consolidated health insurance associations, the diagnosis and treatment of patients can be followed even if they change medical institutions. With the registry information, analyzing data including those from healthy members who do not submit any health insurance claims becomes feasible.

Hospital-based database

Hospital-based database consists of claims from all patients who are seen at contracted medical institutions and Diagnosis Procedure Combination (DPC) survey data.
